4. Now Uninstall this Mcent app.
5. Change Imei with Imei changer app.
6. Change Android id with Android id changer app.
7. Now Go to Setting>>Go to Account>>GoogleAccounts>>Ads>> then click on Change Advertising Id.

Some Tips to Bypass mCent errors : 

1. First of all tell me that it’s Your mcent new account or old.
