Then u will recive this type of msg
Your Unlimited Internet pack is active now valid upto 24.06.2014 23:59:59. For Settings, SMS ALL to 111. To check usage, dial *111#
And your 199 blance deduct to your main blance
Then dial 198 n call
and say to customer care
You:- sir me Vodafone se port out hona chata hu
Care:- sir kya  me jaan skta hu ki aap kyo port out hona chate hai
You:- mera 199 ka blance kut gya
Care :- sir me aapki ashubhida ko smj skta hu ok sir me check kr leta hu
Care :- sir aapne 199 ka net pack liya hai
You:- ni liya hai maine aap mujhe blnce refund kr dijiye ni to me port out ho jta hu
Care:- ok sir me aapko blnce refund kr deta hu 4 ghante aapko recive ho gye ga
And your 199 blnce refund to your account then check your net pack *111*6*2# through unlimited net pack
